As much as being a mummy is a major part of my life I am also a wife , and being a wife also means you have to cook , cook and cook and you must NOT make the same meal over and over again if not your husband will look for food somewhere else at least that is what some old women told me, while pulling me ear and coaching me on how to peck my husband when he comes back from work which I think is code for something else but that one is for another post lol.
Lucky for me or maybe Timi, I love to cook, so 2 weekends ago when my mum came over I whipped up this delicious sweet dessert. Its actually very easy to make and its ready in 11mins. Here is what you will need.
100g Dark Chocolate
20g Self Raising Flour
20g Icing sugar and a bit for decorating
Whipped cream or Ice cream (optional, but very advisable for deliciosity of it)
Ramekins or Moin Moin tins
The main main
Melt the butter and chocolate over a saucepan of hot water , beat the eggs and sugar till its fluffy. Add the melted chocolate to the mixture , stir in one direction then fold the flour into the mixture.
After you fold the flour into the mixture, pour the mixture into the moin moin tins make sure it about halfway full , put it in the oven the temperature should be set at 180 degrees. Leave it in for about 11mins , make sure you check it so that it does not overcook , if it does overcook you will still have a yummy moist chocolate cake but that is not what we want lol.
When its ready take the moin moin tins out of the oven , and let them cool for one minute , turn it over on a plate add whipped cream and cherries and your are good to go!
